- Butter2 tablespoon
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Chives to taste
- Shoyu2 tablespoon
- Oil2 dessert spoon
- heat the frying pan
- add the oil
- Put the shimeji and butter, stir gently
- Add the sugar and soy sauce and stir gently.
- When it starts to shrink and become soft, turn off the heat.
- Add chives and serve
- Tip if you want to add grated ginger it's delicious
