- Cabotia Pumpkin to taste
- Tomato to taste
- Onion to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Honey to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Grease a tray with oil, place the pumpkin pieces and season with salt, sugar, black pepper and honey.
- Add whole garlic cloves, onion cut in half if it is small and cut in 4 if it is large, tomato (same procedure as for the onion).
- Season again and drizzle with olive oil.
- Take it to the oven or air fryer at 200° until they are roasted and golden.
