  • Fresh champignon mushrooms to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheeses to taste
  • Herbs to taste
  1. Clean the mushrooms with a napkin. Do not wash with water.
  2. Remove the stalks and reserve.
  3. Season with salt and drizzle with a little oil. Add your favorite cheeses as a filling. My suggestion is catupiry + parmesan. Add your favorite herbs: a sprig of rosemary, basil, oregano... Choose the one you like best. They all fit together well here.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms and stalks in aluminum foil. Drizzle with a little more oil. Close the aluminum foil making a bundle and take it to the oven at 180° Let it bake for around 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and carefully open the aluminum foil. Enjoy your food!!!!
