  • Rice for risotto1 cup
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • White wine50 ml
  • Vegetable broth300 ml
  • Gorgonzola cheese50 g
  • White pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
  1. Chop the leek and onion stalk and sauté in butter
  2. Add rice and wine until evaporated.
  3. Add the vegetable stock and gorgonzola cheese.
  4. When almost done cooking, add the curd and adjust the salt
