- quinoa (soak) 30 minutes1 cup
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Sausage to taste
- Salt to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Onion to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Cook the quinoa and leave a little aldente.
- Sauté the onion and garlic until soft. Add the grated carrot.
- Add the cooked quinoa and stir, not too much. Finish with chopped parsley.
- Serve yourself and a protein dish, rich in nutrients.
