- Quinoa Grains200 g
- Mushrooms (shitake, shimeji or/and paris)100 g
- Onion50 g
- Butter30 g
- Leek50 g
- Water (or vegetable broth)200 ml
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Brown the onion in butter and add the leek and mushrooms already chopped. Add the quinoa and then the water.
- When the quinoa is cooked, finish the risotto with salt and black pepper.
