- Chives1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Cook the potatoes cut in half for 5 minutes. Remove them from the water and set aside. In a pan on the fire add the butter, garlic and leave until golden. Add the potatoes and seasonings and let it fry until it forms a crust.
