Recipe from my great-grandmother, Ofélia. Possible savory fillings (meat, chicken, heart of palm) or sweet fillings (banana, strawberry, dulce de leche, chocolate, jelly)

Milk

Wheat flour

Whole eggs

Salt

Chemical yeast

Pancake

Misturar todos os ingredientes e bater no liquidificador até ficar homogêneo

Mix all ingredients and blend in a blender until smooth

Fritar em frigideira antiaderente e/ou untada com pouca manteiga/azeite

Fry in a non-stick pan and/or greased with a little butter/oil
