- Palm800 g

- Coconut Milk400 ml
- Tomato Sauce340 g
- Nori Seaweed to taste

- On medium heat, cut the onion into slices and sauté in palm oil.
- Add the sliced leek
- Add the sliced peppers
- Add the coconut milk, increase the heat
- Add the tomato sauce and, in the same measure, water.
- Add the heart of palm, stir and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, add the nori seaweed cut into strips and the cilantro, stir, and cover the pan for 10 minutes.
- Serve with white rice and your favorite farofa.
