  • Coriander to taste
  • Dende oil4 tablespoon
  • Palm800 g
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Coconut Milk400 ml
  • Tomato Sauce340 g
  • Nori Seaweed to taste
  • Tomato4 unit(s)
  1. On medium heat, cut the onion into slices and sauté in palm oil.
  2. Add the sliced leek
  3. Add the sliced peppers
  4. Add the coconut milk, increase the heat
  5. Add the tomato sauce and, in the same measure, water.
  6. Add the heart of palm, stir and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 10 minutes.
  8. Turn off the heat, add the nori seaweed cut into strips and the cilantro, stir, and cover the pan for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve with white rice and your favorite farofa.
