- Oat flakes10 g
- Oat bran or oat flakes20 g
- Coconut milk50 ml
- Banana1 unit(s)
- Scoop of whein protein flavor of your choice1 tablespoon
- Honey1 tablespoon
- Water150 ml
- Mash half of the banana and the other half cut into slices and set aside.
- Mix the two oats with the water and coconut milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until cooked and incorporated.
- Turn off the fire. Add the whey to the mashed banana and mix well.
- Serve in a small bowl and decorate with banana slices and finish with honey.
