- Yam500 g
- Liquid whole milk200 ml
- Virgin olive oil1 tablespoon
- Rosemary to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cook the yam until softened.
- In a food processor, beat the cooked yhane with the milk until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add salt until you reach the desired taste. After that, add the rosemary.
- Put the oil in a pan, heat it up and put the yam puree and mix until you get a homogeneous mass.
