Ingredients

  • Yam | 500 g
  • Liquid whole milk | 200 ml
  • Virgin olive oil | 1 tablespoon
  • Rosemary |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Cook the yam until softened.
  2. In a food processor, beat the cooked yhane with the milk until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add salt until you reach the desired taste. After that, add the rosemary.
  3. Put the oil in a pan, heat it up and put the yam puree and mix until you get a homogeneous mass.
