- Mustard and Ketchup to taste
- Salt to taste
- Saute onion and garlic in butter until golden.
- Add the hearts of palm and heat until the water is released. After it gets hot, almost boiling, mix the cream, mustard and ketchup.
- Season with salt to taste.
