  • Carrot1/2 cup
  • Chard1/2 cup
  • Parsley to taste
  • Pastry dough200 g
  • Shoyu2 tablespoon
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  1. Start by sautéing the onion, cabbage, carrot and chard, all chopped into strips
  2. After sautéing well season with soy sauce
  3. Cut the pastry dough into circles fill with the filling and join the ends to close
  4. Make folds to close in the guioza format
  5. Bring to a boil in a pan with a little water and cover and let it cook
  6. Serve with soy sauce or tare
