- First cut all the ingredients. Mash the avocado with a fork, chop the onion into small pieces and the same for the tomato (if you want you can also add cilantro)
- Place the ingredients in a container
- Squeeze the lemon in the ingredients, also add the salt and olive oil. mix everything and serve
- Serve with chips, crackers, tacos, in the burrito.
