- Butter2 tablespoon
- Almond milk1/2 cup
- Peel 4 medium potatoes and cook in chopped salted water. Cook the large chopped broccoli and cook in a bain-marie.
- Mince 6 cloves of garlic, mash the potatoes with milk and butter and mix with the broccoli, garlic, salt and pepper and chopped fresh parsley.
