- Take the corn off the cob. Beat the corn with the milk in a blender or mixer. Sift the blended mixture.
- Place the sifted mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until it starts to boil. Remove from heat and add milk and sugar. Return to medium heat until boiling.
- When boiling, switch to low heat and wait 5 minutes to thicken more. Separate into bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
- Place in the fridge to cool. And good appetite 😋
