  • Milk2 cup
  • Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
  • medium chopped onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheese200 g
  1. Steam the chuchu
  2. In a pan, place the onion to fry in butter or margarine, add the wheat flour and stir well.
  3. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  4. Add salt and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. In a roast, place the chayote, throw on top, the white sauce and cover with the cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for approximately 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden.
  7. Serve immediately!
