Gnocchi au gratin with spinach sauce

  • Gnocchi500 g
  • Spinach400 g
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic2 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella100 g
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  1. Cook spinach, chop and set aside.
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic in butter and then add the reserved spinach.
  3. Add 1 tbsp of cream, mix until thickened and set aside.
  4. Boil the water, cook the gnocchi. When it rises, remove and mix with the reserved corn and place on a platter.
  5. Cover with mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven to brown.
