- Gnocchi500 g
- Spinach400 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Minced garlic2 unit(s)
- Mozzarella100 g
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Cook spinach, chop and set aside.
- Sauté the onion and garlic in butter and then add the reserved spinach.
- Add 1 tbsp of cream, mix until thickened and set aside.
- Boil the water, cook the gnocchi. When it rises, remove and mix with the reserved corn and place on a platter.
- Cover with mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven to brown.
