Gnocchi500 g
Spinach400 g
Onion1/2 unit(s)
Minced garlic2 unit(s)
Mozzarella100 g
Sour cream1 unit(s)
Butter1 tablespoon
Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Cook spinach, chop and set aside.
Sauté the onion and garlic in butter and then add the reserved spinach.
Add 1 tbsp of cream, mix until thickened and set aside.
Boil the water, cook the gnocchi. When it rises, remove and mix with the reserved corn and place on a platter.
Cover with mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven to brown.
