  • Recipe
  • Rice flour3 cup
  • Warm water1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Organic Yeast10 g
  • Potato Starch1 cup
  1. In a bowl, dissolve the sugar and yeast in warm water.
  2. Add the flour, starch and salt.
  3. Mix well until it becomes a smooth dough.
  4. Let it rest until it doubles in volume.
  5. Knead the dough and make a cut with a very sharp knife.
  6. Place the bread in a greased iron pan and bake at 220° until it takes on a golden color.
  7. Then just serve.
