Gluten-free and lactose-free Seed Toast

- Almond flour | 1 tablespoon
- Oat flour | 1 tablespoon
- Flaxseed Flour | 1 tablespoon
- Mixed seeds | 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric | 1/2 coffee spoon
- Water | 2 tablespoon
- Olive oil | 1 tablespoon
- Condiments (optional) | to taste
- Mix all ingredients except water. It should be added little by little to give the texture of the dough.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts, form a ball and take it to the sandwich maker to bake. Stuffing of your choice, here we use humus and coriander sprouts.
