- Cooked Farfalle Granoduro Noodles400 g
- Chopped Ripe Italian Tomatoes, Skinless and Seed500 g
- Sliced medium garlic clove3 unit(s)
- Fresh Basil to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Pickled buffalo mozzarella to taste
- In a non-stick skillet, heat half the oil and brown the garlic (take care not to burn). Reserve.
- Heat the remaining oil in a pan and add the tomato, salt and pepper. Let it cook on low heat until it is well incorporated.
- Add the reserved garlic and a handful of basil. Cook for another 2 minutes and adjust the salt.
- Serve immediately with the cooked farfalle and garnish with halved buffalo mozzarella balls and basil leaves.
- Drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and serve immediately.
