  • Sliced eggplant4 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce500 g
  • Sliced Mozzarella300 g
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan150 g
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Salt0 to taste
  1. Cut the eggplant into medium slices lengthwise.
  2. Crush the garlic with a little salt and season the eggplant slices, add the oil and mix well.
  3. Heat a plate and brown the eggplant slices.
  4. Put sauce on the bottom of the platter and assemble the lasagna with eggplant slices, cheese, sauce until you finish with cheese and sauce.
  5. Take to medium oven until the cheese melts and serve warm.
