- Chopped Olives1 to taste
- Raisins (optional)1/2 cup

- Cut all the ingredients into strips, Or in cubes if you prefer, place in a roast with the salt, oregano, vinegar and oil and take it to the oven for about 40 minutes, (depends on the oven of each one) stir every 15 minutes for the bottom to come up and get very juicy, when it's ready and cold, put it in a refractory with a lid and take it to the fridge serve with breadsticks There's never any leftovers, but if there's leftovers, it lasts around 20 days until you don't put a dirty spoon in the pot.
