  • Parmesan cheese1 tablespoon
  1. First step, put a paper towel on a plate, place the bacon slices and cover again with paper towels. Take to microwave for 3 min.
  2. In a non-stick pan, put the butter, wait for it to melt, unite the mold. (Low heat always)
  3. Crack the eggs without damaging the yolk, and place them in the pan. (Low heat always)
  4. Stir only the egg whites, breaking and mixing them. Over low heat, mix until the whites turn white while the yolks are intact. Put salt to taste.
  5. After the yolks turn white, remove the pan from the heat and stir the yolks.
  6. Place on a plate, drizzle with grated Parmesan cheese and place the crispy bacon slices on top. Voila!
