  • Eggplant | 2 unit(s)
  • Tomato | 3 unit(s)
  • Onion | 2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil | 1 tablespoon
  • Salt | 1 to taste
  • Oregano | 1 to taste
  • Ajinomoto Seasoning | 1 to taste


  1. Wash and cut the vegetables in medium size
  2. Place in the mold and season with olive oil, ajinomoto, salt, oregano
  3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and remove the foil and let it bake for a while longer.
  5. It's very simple and delicious, the point of the vegetables is up to you I prefer well roasted
