Cozinhe a banana da terra em
água fervente com a casca até ficar bem macia. Ainda quente, descasque e bata na batedeira com a água do cozimento da banana, a manteiga, o mel e a canela. Bata por dez minutos.
Coloque  em um recipiente e salpique canela em pó para enfeitar.😋😋
