- Okra200 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 teaspoon
- Wash the okra. cut the ends
- Dry well with a paper towel. Slice each one in half, lengthwise.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan. Warm up well. Put a drizzle of oil.
- Add the okra cut side down.
- Fry and turn until golden on the other side.
- Remove from fire. Season with salt, pepper and parsley (optional). Serve immediately.
