I peeled and chopped the beets into cubes, put them in a pan with water and let them cook for 12 minutes.
In a bowl, put the sliced onion with hot water and leave it for 10 minutes. After that time I drained all the water, after they were cooked I drained all the water from the beets and added it with the onion, added the rest of the ingredients, seasoned with olive oil, lemon and salt and finished with parsley and sesame.
