- Large beetroot1 unit(s)
- Cooking water500 ml
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Dill (optional)1 to taste
- Curd (optional)80 g
- Cook the beets in the pressure cooker. Reserve the cooking water.
- Blend the cooked beetroot with 500ml of the cooking water in a blender.
- Add the lemon, olive oil, salt and black pepper and beat.
- On the plate , at the time of serving , put dill leaves is a spoonful of curd.
