  • Large beetroot1 unit(s)
  • Cooking water500 ml
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Dill (optional)1 to taste
  • Curd (optional)80 g
  1. Cook the beets in the pressure cooker. Reserve the cooking water.
  2. Blend the cooked beetroot with 500ml of the cooking water in a blender.
  3. Add the lemon, olive oil, salt and black pepper and beat.
  4. On the plate , at the time of serving , put dill leaves is a spoonful of curd.
