  • Dark chocolate100 g
  • Milk chocolate100 g
  • Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
  • Cognac50 ml
  • Heavy cream200 g
  • Chopped fruit to taste
  1. In a pan, place the chocolates and brandy over low heat.
  2. Don't stop stirring until it starts to melt.
  3. Add the Heavy cream and continue stirring until everything is incorporated.
  4. Add the cocoa powder and mix.
  5. Transfer the fondue to a pan with a stove.
  6. Serve with chopped fruit: grapes, strawberries, bananas, apples, peaches, etc.
