  • garlic2 unit(s)
  • salt1 to taste
  • olive oil1 tablespoon
  • butter1 tablespoon
  • tapioca gum or sour starch1 tablespoon
  1. For the pasta, soak the chickpeas for at least 8 hours. After you have done that, discard water and take it to cook in a pressure cooker with water covering the degrees, add salt to water.
  2. Let it cook until the pressure, turn off the fire and the chickpeas, it's ready
  3. In a food processor or blender, beat the chickpeas, half a small onion and two cloves of garlic, a teaspoon of chimichurri.
  4. Then put the dough in a greased shape with olive oil and take it to the oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Stuffing: In a pan, place half an onion, chopped with a tablespoon of butter, saute and add the spinach and salt, cream and a tablespoon of tapioca gum. Stir for a few minutes and then turn off the heat and let it cool.
  6. To finish, remove the dough from the oven and put the stuffing on top and put it in the oven for 10 minutes.
