- Carrot1 unit(s)
- bunch of parsley1 unit(s)
- Can of sour cream1 unit(s)
- Can of corn1 unit(s)
- grated cheese1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Cook the chickpeas al dente in water and salt. Reserve. Saute the carrots in olive oil with the onion, garlic and chopped parsley. Reserve. Beat a can of milk cream in the blender with the cooked corn until it forms a cream. That done, mix the chickpeas with the carrot sauté and put it in a refractory. Then, throw the corn cream on top, sprinkle with the grated cheese, drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven until golden. A great accompaniment is rice with potato straw.
