- Small yellow bell pepper in strips1 unit(s)
- Small Red Bell Peppers1 unit(s)
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Cooked chickpeas1 cup
- In the skillet, add the olive oil and brown the onion in strips.
- Add the pepper strips and let it sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the cooked chickpeas, mix, leave a few minutes to find the flavor and that's it.
- Serve as a filling for baked sweet potatoes.
