  • Cashew Nuts60 g
  • Water400 ml
  • Oil50 ml

  2. Soak the nuts/seeds in hot water for 20 minutes and then discard the water.
  3. Blender: Add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  4. Pan: put this mixture in a pan over medium heat, stir until it thickens, it's very fast.
  5. Now just put it in a pot and store it in the fridge (it will harden a little more when it's cold and when it warms up it gets softer) You can use it on pizza, tapioca, with bread, to make sauce, imagination is your guide here.
