Cauliflower Stroganoff

Ps: pode ser feito com creme de leite vegetal, já fiz com o de arroz e ficou ótimo 

Ps: it can be made with vegetable milk cream, I already made it with rice and it was great

Para o mise en place:
- Retire as árvores da couve flor e deixe-as em tamanho medio/pequeno para que o cozimento não demore muito e fique tudo encaixadinho na panela 
- talos em pedaços de +- 2cm
- cebola em meia lua 

For mise en place:
- Remove the cauliflower trees and leave them in medium/small size so that the cooking does not take too long and everything stays in the pan
- stalks in pieces of +- 2cm
- half moon onion

Refogue a cebola com azeite e depois adicione o alho, quando estiverem dourados adicione a couve flor e deixe refogar um pouco 

Sauté the onion with olive oil and then add the garlic, when they are golden add the cauliflower and let it sauté a little

Adicione o molho de tomate e os temperos da sua preferência e deixe a couve flor cozinhar no molho em fogo baixo, isso é importante para que ela absorva os sabores enquanto cozinha 

Add the tomato sauce and seasonings of your choice and let the cauliflower cook in the sauce over low heat, this is important so that it absorbs the flavors as it cooks.

Assim que o molho reduzir o suficiente (importante pro strogonofe não ficar ralo) e a couve flor já estiver no ponto que você achar interessante coloque o creme de leite e regule o sal

As soon as the sauce has reduced enough (important for the stroganoff not to be thin) and the cauliflower is already at the point that you find interesting, add the cream and adjust the salt.

Sirva com quantidades generosas de batata palha 😌

Serve with generous amounts of potato straw 😌
