Ps: it can be made with vegetable milk cream, I already made it with rice and it was great
For mise en place:
- Remove the cauliflower trees and leave them in medium/small size so that the cooking does not take too long and everything stays in the pan
- stalks in pieces of +- 2cm
- half moon onion
Sauté the onion with olive oil and then add the garlic, when they are golden add the cauliflower and let it sauté a little
Add the tomato sauce and seasonings of your choice and let the cauliflower cook in the sauce over low heat, this is important so that it absorbs the flavors as it cooks.
As soon as the sauce has reduced enough (important for the stroganoff not to be thin) and the cauliflower is already at the point that you find interesting, add the cream and adjust the salt.
Serve with generous amounts of potato straw 😌
