- Water400 ml
- Garlic and Onion3 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Cut the cauliflower. sanitize
- Chop the cauliflower.
- Saute the sausage and onion in oil. Add the cauliflower and mix adding the seasonings... Put the water and let it cook and dry the same, as you normally do with rice.
