Cassava in butter

Cook the cassava in the pressure cooker until soft (Do not let it melt), for 30 minutes.
Grease a glass dish with butter, spread the manioc and place the butter on them, then add the parsley, chives, pepper and salt.
Place the onions (each onion cut into 8 pieces) between the cassavas, seasoning them with salt, pepper and olive oil.
Place in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
