Carrot and Chayote Salad

Cut the carrots, chayote and onion into standard strips, cook the carrots for 6 minutes, cook the chayote separately.
Once cooked, drain the water and mix the vegetables with the onion. Add 1 tablespoon of fried garlic, 1 teaspoon of chimicure, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 pinch of salt to taste, squeeze half a lemon and mix everything. Add cilantro and chives to taste. And it's ready!
