- I washed the lettuce and tore the leaves. Chop the tomatoes and set aside. Sauce: Mix with a fork the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon, oil and water, until a uniform sauce is formed. I added the pepper and grated some Parmesan cheese over the sauce. Mounting: In a bowl put the lettuce, threw the dressing and mix well. I put those toasts in and gave it a stir. And on top I threw the cherry tomatoes and grated some more Parmesan. This delight is ready!!! The ideal thing is to make the salad and eat right away so the lettuce doesn't wilt too much and the breadsticks don't soften.
