  • Buffalo burrata | 1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Black Olives | 12 unit(s)
  • Olive oil | 8 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese | 1/3 cup
  • Finely chopped fresh basil leaves | 15 unit(s)
  • Finely chopped garlic clove | 1 unit(s)
  • Chopped walnuts | 5 unit(s)
  • Baguette slices |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Prepare the pesto by mixing well the olive oil with the olives, garlic, basil, parmesan and walnuts.
  2. Arrange the burrata on a plate, drizzle with the pesto and serve with the baguette slices.
