Basil to taste

Onion Rocha in strips / Julienne1 unit(s)
Garlic Cloves, chopped2 unit(s)
Salt to taste
brown sugar20 g
Buffalo cheese / burrata2 unit(s)
Black pepper to taste
Olive oil to taste
Nuts, chopped.100 g
Arugula1 to taste
Toast to taste

Cut in half half gives portion of cherry tomatoes.
Onion cut into strips
Add all the other ingredients (tomatoes, onion, leeks, garlic, ) season with salt, black pepper, and sprinkle the brown sugar, drizzle in olive oil and basil leaves.
In a roast, line with aluminum foil, and place the vegetable mixture, to bake at 200° for 20 min.
Assembly, place the vegetables in a small refractory, opening a space in the center, place the burrata in that cavity, and put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Serve immediately with toast and arugula leaves.
