Cortar a abobrinha e fatias grossas, colocar o os ovos em uma tigela e colocar uma pitada de sal. Em uma outra tigela coloque a farinha de rosca e uma pitada de sal e a Paprica Picante. Misturar bem.

Cut the zucchini and thick slices, put the eggs in a bowl and put a pinch of salt. In another bowl, place the breadcrumbs and a pinch of salt and the paprika. Mix well.

Passar a fatia da abobrinha no ovo mexido e passar na farinha de trigo. Fazer isso novamente. Fazer isso em todas as fatias e depois fritar as fatias empanadas  em uma frigideira com pouco óleo. Deixar dourar os dois lados. 

Dip the zucchini slice in the scrambled egg and roll in the flour. Do it again. Do this for all the slices and then fry the breaded slices in a pan with a little oil. Let both sides brown.
