  • Olive oil1/4 cup
  • Water1/4 cup
  • Shoyu1 tablespoon
  • Tomato Paste1 tablespoon
  • Spicy paprika1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Panko Flour1 cup
  • Grated Parmesan1 cup
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Start by cutting the eggplant into sticks, sprinkle with salt and let it drain for 10 minutes to remove the bitterness.
  2. In the meantime, we are going to make the sauce that will cover the eggplant. Place the oil, water and seasonings that were described in a bowl. Wrap the eggplant in that sauce and then we'll pass the Panko with Parmesan and spicy paprika.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 25 minutes!
  4. This looks too good 🤤
