The day before, take your ripe banana, cut into slices and put it in the freezer.
Take the frozen banana, place it in the processor with the passion fruit pulp and beat until it has a creamy texture.
Serve in the passion fruit peel or in a small bowl put a little pulp and a drizzle of honey on top.
