  • Eggplant cut into slices1 unit(s)
  • Water3 l
  • Vinegar200 ml
  • Beaten egg1 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs2 cup
  • Oil for deep frying300 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Cut the eggplant into slices.
  2. In a bowl, soak the slices in water with vinegar and salt for half an hour to remove the bitterness.
  3. Drain the eggplant.
  4. Season the eggplant, beaten egg and breadcrumbs with salt and pepper.
  5. Dip the slices in the beaten egg and seasoned breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry by immersing yourself in very hot oil.
  7. Serve as an accompaniment to a main dish or enjoy as a snack.
