- Bechamel sauce500 ml
- Mozzarella100 g
- Fresh Parmesan100 g
- Provolone100 g
- Gorgonzola50 g
- Prepare a béchamel (recipe already published) to be the base of the sauce. Do not add salt.
- Grate the mozzarella, parmesan and provolone. Break the gorgonzola into small pieces.
- Add the cheeses to the sauce over low heat and let them melt and incorporate. Be careful not to stick to the pan.
- Serve with the pasta of your choice.
