- Zucchini Cherry Tomatoes500 g
- Soy protein100 g
- Tomato for the sauce200 g
- Oregano2 g
- Minced garlic5 g
- Chopped Onion50 g
- Put 500 grams of water in the pan, let it heat up and add the soy protein. Let it cook until dry
- Add the garlic and onion and stir in the oil. Chop the tomatoes and put them together, add salt to taste and the oregano. Let it sauté. Reserve
- In another frying pan, put oil, let it heat up and put the cherry tomatoes, let it get well golden, put salt and oil to finish. Reserve
- Cut 8 slices of zucchini, let the skillet heat up well with oil and grill until golden, add garlic, salt and oregano.
