Ingredients

cabbage cut with the stalk4 tablespoon
oranges cut into cubes2 unit(s)
grated ginger1 dessert spoon
demerara or brown sugar to taste
lemon to taste

In a blender, blend 750 ml of water with the cabbage, oranges and ginger.
After well beaten, strain
Sweeten with sugar and add a few drops of lemon.
Drink with ice.
